Ramblin Records - Music Production Rooms
About Recording Studios
Rambling Records has all your music production needs and more!
In a typical recording studio, you are more than likely going to find these rooms:
- Live Room. The sound for the recording is created in the live room. Here is where music artists sing their songs, perform their instruments, and record their tracks. The live room is one hundred percent sound proof to ensure that no wayward noise gets into the track. The ultrasensitive microphones used in recording studios can pick up the sound of a dropping pin. This makes the sound quality more refined in the live rooms. The live room is recording music begins in the record label.
- Control Room. The sound for the recording is changed and manipulated in the control room. The control room is where all the editing is done for the music record. Most people don’t acknowledge the people who work in the control room as “music artists”, but in actuality they are. The control room is where all the studio magic happens. The hard part of recording music is done in the control room rather than the live room.
- Machine Room. The machine room is where all the noisy music production equipment in the recording studio is kept. This is important because the ultrasensitive microphones pick up any sounds that are made when the equipment is being used.
